About
Anticipate Reality
We make visible what is really happening in organisations. Reports show what has been. KIMERO recognises what is changing and helps you understand and shape developments early.
Organisations are never finished
Markets, technologies and people keep changing, and with them every organisation. Anyone who introduces a new system also changes collaboration, workload and motivation in the team.
Most companies only find out when costs, sick leave or resignations show it. KIMERO makes sure you know earlier.
The name KIMERO
KIMERO brings together two ideas from ancient Greece. The Chimera of Greek mythology unites three beings in one body. None of them explains the whole on its own.
We understand organisations in a similar way. Digital Systems, Motivation and Organisation work together and are constantly changing. Heraclitus recognised some 2,500 years ago that everything is in flux. This holds for markets, technologies and people. What worked yesterday can become an obstacle tomorrow.
Change is unavoidable. What matters is to recognise it early, understand its connections and shape it with purpose. That is what KIMERO stands for.
Spot signals
The employee survey makes changes in systems and teams visible before they become problems.
Understand patterns
The KIMERO Index puts the results in context and shows how the three forces relate. Many answers become one clear picture.
Shape impact
Actions are derived from the picture and implemented. With every further measurement you see whether they work.
We measure systems, not people
Trust is the basis of every survey. That is why KIMERO follows fixed rules that management, HR and the works council can all follow equally well.
KIMERO is the practical application of academic work whose sources are open. Its findings flow directly into the model, the index and the tools. Behind it are many years of experience in ITC, contact centres, HR, CRM, ERP and digital transformation.
No individual scoring
We evaluate teams and organisations, never individual people.
Anonymous aggregation
Data is aggregated and anonymised from the moment it is collected.
Transparent methodology
Constructs, sources and the calculation logic are open. Never a black box.
